Achilles

Finally and when things became even worse for the Achaeans, Achilles gave his armor to his beloved friend Patroclus.

Indeed, Patroclus succeeded in putting the Trojans to fight, but he was killed by Hector, who then took the weapons of Achilles.

Thetis brought him new weapons made by Hephaestus and after reconciling with Agamemnon, Achilles returned to the battle to avenge the death of his friend.

Achilles cares for wounded Patroclus.

Under the protection of his mother but also the Goddess Athena herself, he met minimal resistance in Troy. He fought with the leader of the Trojans Hector and after killing him, he tied his corpse to his chariot and dragged it around the walls of Troy. When he reached the camp of the Achaeans, he dragged it around the tomb of Patroclus.

He kept the unburied corpse of Hector outside his tent, only to deliver it finally to his father Priam.
